Charles Kaplan
Charles Kaplan designed, wrote and implemented this website. In 1976, his first job out of college was as a computer programmer. He had this job for five years before moving on to sales. This is the first interactive website that Charles has designed. The design was done in a couple of hours on flight from New York to San Francisco. The programming was done in PHP, an HTML scripting language, that had to be learned for this project. The database is MySQL. Data in the database was gathered from Charles' collection of Caribbean casino chips and from the other sources mentioned.
